Fr. vănThanh Nguyễnis a religious missionary priest of the Society of the Divine Word (S.V.D.). He is Professor of New Testament Studies and holder of the Francis X. Ford, Maryknoll, Chair of Catholic Missiology at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago, Illinois. He has published widely in the fields of Bible,    spirituality, migration and mission and is a known speaker and retreat master. He has led many study tours to the biblical lands of Israel/Palestine, Jordan, Greece, Turkey, and Egypt.
